I learned to analyze the nature and causes of conflict and violence in the region, as well as their consequences in terms of social and institutional erosion and collective trauma. The course also addressed the conditions and mechanisms for conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and post-conflict social reconstruction.

I gained a deeper understanding of the human mind and the mechanisms underlying behavior. I developed skills such as non-judgmental communication, problem-solving, and enhanced active listening. These skills are fundamental for me as a teacher, enabling me to help my students overcome obstacles that may hinder the achievement of their goals.
